I think it’s a good blessing/prayer even if you are not the Dalai Lama … for thinking about what kind of person you are and about what kind of person you want to be.
I ma catching up, one blessing at a time as I work my way through pre-Christmas chores. I like to let it sit for a while and appreciate it before I do the next.
